What experiences have you had taking Xgeva for MBC in the bones?

My oncologist is wanting to start me on Xgeva to help strengthen my bones following a diagnosis of MBC in my bones. I am currently taking Anastrozole and starting Ribociclib this week. I am concerned with many of the side effects associated with Xgeva. Hoping others who have experience with Xgeva can share their thoughts and recommendations.

The xegva caused ONJ after I went to the dentist. If I go to the dentist. I have to wait three months to start back getting the shots😥
