What brought you joy today?
If you've been living with cancer for a while, you know it's not all gloom and doom. Where did you find joy today? I'll start:
1. Working in my garden.
2. Meeting my daughter for tea.
3. Home-made pizza for dinner.
4. My spouse (always).
5. Some interesting online discussions.
6. Rereading a good novel.

That's wonderful, keeping the good attitude.

I was able to celebrate Christmas Eve with all of my immediate family. I was strong enough to assemble two pans of lasagna for the meal. I have much gratitude for my cancer team at Mayo and the research medicine.
My daughter. She a full grown intelligent woman who has the heart of a child.
What a thoughtful husband! I love that! How special! 🥰
My hubby gave me the nicest Christmas card ever plus he wrote a lovely note inside will never forget how touching
I choose Joy instead of happiness, I rejoiced not in my circumstances but in who God is within the circumstances.
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, and his mercies never come to an end they are new every morning; great is his faithfulness.
The free gift of Gods grace is amazing!
I want to say thank you for giving me a smile when I really needed one. It's what makes this site so good for us all. Best to all.
Good for you, that's a great attitude.
God bless you.
The mind body connection is real.
Positive thoughts for you.
Darned right! During the first year after my stage-4 diagnosis (at age 56), I was reluctant to think more than a few months ahead. I'd get a replacement credit card and start crying, thinking I wouldn't be around on its expiry date. 😕
Now I'm 60, and actively planning for life after 65. If I'm wrong, I'll deal with it.
