what are these red dots on the inside of my mouth?

Those look like from maybe biting your lip or food or when you eat you can use utensils and your teeth can rub against your lip they should go away but if they don't a dermatologist may know or your dentist and even toothpaste can agitate your lips I've had these before and what about vitamin deficiencies I don't think there dangerous but if you are worried get them looked at by your doctor even the general practitioner can take a look as well👍🏻

There's all kinds of mouth things I get these little blisters in my mouth every once in a while and I wonder what they are I pop them they're small they come up out of nowhere 😵‍💫

I wonder if the toothpaste we use is really good for our good bacteria in our mouth so much to wonder when it comes to our mouth and then there's stress on your mouth so anything you do like smoking and putting things other then food in your mouth like pens or bitting our nails or opening stuff with you teeth and you shouldn't do that ever it's really bad for your teeth so I think it'll go away but keep in mind what you do with your mouth 🥴😉
