What are the Restrictions after Spinal Fusion L11-S1?

I am looking for full information on restrictions after Spinal fusion L11-S1 in order to avoid accidental mistakes. I had the misfortune of needing another miner surgery (after the Spinal surgery) which put an end to Mayo Clinic’s excellent PT OT program. I just could not physically do it. I will go later to local PT OP, but for now I really do NOT want to bend or twist the wrong way.

Hello, I’m confused that you said L11 because there is no such disc. L only goes through L5 and then the thoracic start’s at T12 above L5. How many level’s did you have fused? I’m fused 10 level’s so I could give you some advice. They usually say no bending or twisting for at least six week’s or longer. That’s up to your Doctor.
