Weird urine analysis

I’d been having super weird symptoms - bad cramping , pressure in the ovaries, pressure in the uterus, pain in my lower back, pains in my legs and groin (bone), lower bp, weird spotting, dizziness and lightheadedness.

I don’t know if it’s connected but my throat was a little sore in a weird spot and I thought maybe my lymph nodes on my neck were a little swollen

So I kinda thought my blood test would show something , nope everything was normal (woohoo) BUT in my urine analysis it was saying I have leukocytes present and my nitrites were negative ?

I’m not looking for advice or anything just confused on what to make of it lol could my cramping and stuff be from a UTI ? I definitely thought something was going on, it was like I didn’t even get MY bloodwork back lol
