Hello @kreng03, Looking for a second opinion is usually a wise choice if you are well enough to make it happen. It often requires travel to the cancer center. I'm sorry that you or a loved one are dealing with small-cell. What treatments have you/they had so far?

If you are looking to come to one of the Mayo Clinic locations, this link will get you to the first step in the appointment request process: http://mayocl.in/1mtmR63

There are many good cancer centers across the US. A phone call to the center can be a great first step. This is a link to a map of NCI-Designated Cancer Centers (National Cancer Institute). "NCI recognizes centers around the country that meet rigorous standards for transdisciplinary, state-of-the-art research focused on developing new and better approaches to preventing, diagnosing, and treating cancer."

Hi @kreng03. Have you or a loved one been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer? Do you have a treatment plan? How are you doing?
