Was long covid just rotten virus cells?

I was thinking when Covid happened the body mass produced the virus cells they seemed the heat and temperatures differences or even the level of bodily energy but when they got to a body they reproduced half a million times, could that sickness have been rotten from time outside of a body then inside it created a residue that never was simply cleaned out of the system like the rest of the virus cells after one was done being sick, could there be a residue of virus cells that were first rotten in the outdoors before becoming a mild case of the sickness? And that’s why it’s so different than the normal sickness?

I am convinced that Long COVID mimics other autoimmune diseases. It reactivates Epstein Barr Virus in many, including myself. I also believe it to be a disease that causes inflammation. I have been through so many different symptoms over the last 3 years, mainly fatigue and post exertion malaise, but also tinnitus, GI issues, joint inflammation and pain, weird rashes on my skin and on and on. I am going to ask my doctor about antiviral medications. I know that there is some research regarding utilizing these medications. Also, brain fog is a big issue. I take an ADHD med, Vyvanse for ADHD, that helps with that, and some other medications that help with some of the symptoms. This damn virus has turned so many lives completely upside down and although it is considered a disability under the ADA, it is almost impossible to get social security disability. I had to quit my job due to this illness. I have to live one day at a time and make myself keep going.

It was designed as a weapon of germ warfare to level a population. It did just that, intentional or not.

Perhaps our bodies have difficulty clearing all the dead Covid cells. Maybe some kind of detox would be helpful. Just a thought.

A friend of mine did a long water fast, taking only electrolytes and Celtics salt. She got some relief
Perhaps cellular autophagy helps eat up leftover viral cell remnants? I have GI issues and can't fully fast.

Yeah, I too have started intermittent fasting where I don't eat for 16 hours (usually overnight so I get a jump on it and do most of it while sleeping 🙂 ) In the morning I do clear liquids and coffee to keep me going but skip breakfast so my first meal of the day is lunch. I've been doing this twice a week for about 2 months now and it is definitely helping with the brain fog. I can finally read more than one sentence and comprehend what I just read. I can now read about a chapter before my brain taps out and says to take a break so that is progress. Below is a link to an article I read on it.

I had long covid since the second time I got it my x girlfriend had symptoms too and mine were different than hers but she died from liver failure and she was drinking I know but I think that long covid alcohol intolerance can go a step farther and be deadly even, I don’t really k ow the facts for sure I didn’t talk to her for a few years and she died but both of us had ringing in our ears I had brain fog and skin pains all over, but she said she heard voices even because of it. Idk everyone gets effect differently it’s almost alien out of this world like that…

THAT is the best answer I've heard in a long time.I've always believed that.Definitely a test run.

Sadly, if the world has not learned a lesson from this, round II will be much worse.
