Hi @rafael80. Only being able to walk 10 steps before you are out of breath sure puts a crimp in your day! If you’ve had your heart and lungs checked by a doctor and they are ok, then the next thing to do is have some blood work done. Ask your doctor to have a complete blood count (CBC) taken to check for anemia. The CBC or better yet a CBC With Differential will check your red and white blood cells and platelets to see if they are within normal ranges. If you have a low red blood count, or your red blood cells aren’t healthy, they may not be carrying enough oxygen around your body. That will leave you breathless and tired.
Have you had any blood work done?

I personally would see a Pulmonologist and get a PFT test done. They can do bloodwork as well. Just a thought.

Blessings & Prayers.....

Hi Rafael80,
That is too bad that you can't walk far without having to sit down because you are out of breath! Lori and Covid Stinks are right about seeing a doctor and getting blood work and other tests done. That way the doctor will know what is causing your problems and can take actions to fix it. My mother had a similar situation and the doctor put her on breathing inhalers and a humidifier machine that both helped her breathing a lot. The nice part is that these treatments are painless! Also prayers help a lot too! Just ask God for help and he will be there for you. After all, he made you and he can fix you! I'll say a prayer for you too.

I had severe anemia from rectal cancer tumor, so check your iron too. Hugs.

@rafael80
Have you seen a cardiologist and pulmonologist for evaluation and testing? Did you have Covid infection and the injections? This sounds very concerning. You should have your oxygen levels in blood checked as well as bloodwork to check iron levels.

Do you have diabetes? Do you smoke/vape?
