Waldenstroms symptoms worse

Diagnosed over a year ago. Hot/ cold sweats worse than before after last rutuxin infusion. Stopped taking Imbruvica on my own and prednisone. Need fan on face 24/7 and blankets on rest of body. Any ideas on how to deal with these awful symptoms?

I'd check with your doctor/oncologist as soon as possible. I gather your doctor/oncologist is not aware of your decision to stop taking Imbruvica on your own which leads me to suggest/urge you to confer with your doctor/oncologist as soon as possible!

I see him Monday. The side effects were pretty awful. Thank you for your concern.
