We spend so much time focusing on how to manage our pain, why not shout out praises for small victories and encourage one another to persevere and reach goals? 🙂

What is the Protocol? I’m rather new to this group and don’t know what this Protocol encompasses. Where does one find that info/

I'm going to tag @johnbishop and let him discuss the the Protocol. He has links to prior discussions about it.
But the short answer is it's about 7 or8 vitamins and supplements that you take and for many people it helps to control PN.

Thanks for the tag @bovic21.
@marthamurphysc and @charlotte1944 - Here's a link to the discussion on the protocol which has R-ALA as one of the supplements that help with neuropathy:
-- Have you tried the new Protocol 525 product for neuropathy relief?

I'm 80 years old, neuropathy from chemo and I am getting better! I was telling another reader in the cancer section that 2 months ago I was limping along on tours in Seattle with my daughter, having to sit down constantly. I was leaning against buildings because I couldn't just stand there freely. Now, I am once again walking just fine and chopping weeds out in my yard. I live on 22 acres. My kids check up on me, but I live alone There is hope!
