suffering from above poor balance /walking. This was I think caused by radiotherapy some years ago. I never fully recovered. Recently had MRI for neuralgia and guy said 'have you got a problem with balance because blood circ to that apart of brain is blocking up. Neuralgia is fixed and I know why my balance is bad.

Hi @doncampbell that must have been frustrating to have such poor balance caused by another treatment.

That must be relieving to have one of the issues corrected. How is your poor balance now? How often does it affect you?

Thanks for your interest, Ethan. My cancer/radiotherapy was some 5 years ago. My balance was not a problem, I thought, but my walking was bad. My consultant said that the difficult walking would fix itself. Meantime I fell a few times and saw the doc . I then traveled down a road of exercise for balance. It is a long story, ongoing,. I recently moved from a house to a retirement complex with long corridors. I can walk confidently down the halsl but not outside. My daughter suggests that my brain is distracted outside and not inside. She is right I think but medical people do not listen. According to the internet, there is not much you can do. Cheers
