Vacuum pump advice needed
I am almost 2 yrs post prostate surgery, radiation and 2 hormone shots. I have had no luck getting a usable erection. I have a quality manual vacuum pump that doesn’t give me enough, I’ve tried Bimix and Trimix , Viagra, etc no luck . Before I give up has anyone tried a manual pump then bought a battery powered one ? Willing to try if maybe they work better, many of us have problems with the pump even when used correctly the girth at the base begins to hurt before you get proper length and after 2 yrs I’ve probably lost an inch or more , hate to give up, my wife doesn’t suffer like I do she’s ok at 69 or having sex but it efft me every day. I have to accept this eventually but not easy

Turning 70 in a couple months, 68 at surgery.
Got ten yrs on you , good luck
On ADT (Orgovyx) and tadalafil 10 mg daily. My VED works fine, but it is NOT a sexually stimulating experience and my ADT-depressed-libido is so absent that I have NO desire to try to achieve an orgasm once my therapeutic session with the device is ended. It's an unhappy situation; maybe more so for my partner, whose sex drive remains intact, than for me with the "la belle indifference" created by chemical castration. I pray that when my anticipated 12-18 months on Orgovyx is ended, my sex life miraculously reappears.

2 Reactions@rbtsch1951 you’re lucky your wife hasn’t lost her appetite for sex , which will give you the encouragement to keep trying my wife is 67 and blames my wanting sex 3 times a week before my cancer is one of the reasons she doesn’t have any sex drive , your wife younger than mine ? Most doctors agree women after 60 could live without sex and might agree to please you but that attitude can ruin a good woody

I am in the same boat 14 months after my last Lupron 3-month shot.
Most doctors are afraid to allow your testosterone to rise because they fear they will be blamed for a rise in your PSA if it occurs.
