VA Referrals

I had a botched surgery with my VA. Since the surgery I have had a lot of issues that the VA refuse to diagnose. I would like to come to the mayo clinic but the VA keeps denying me. Is there anyway to coordinate this thought Mayo Clinic so theVa can't denied me? Any patient advocates willing to help me with this process??
