Using humidifier when humidity is above 60

My nose was damaged by CPAP use so that even after I stopped using it, I still have bleeds. I found, however that using a humidifier reduces them drastically! My question is about the summer months when the humidity is in the 60s and 70 - what is the humidity level at which you can stop using the humidifier? I was thinking 60. Is that right?
