use of medicinal mushrooms for neuropathy

have taken dried mushrooms for years and just started tinctures for my motor neuropathy; too soon to notice results but want to explore further and wonder if anyone has tried medicinal tinctures like psilocybin and where one can find clinical trials or clinics in this area (Richmond) for treatment
