Unexplained weight gain fatigue

I weight 315llbs and am 5'7" Around one year ago I was 357lbs. I've been ruled out for Favres what does anyone have a resource I can contact ?

Do you count your daily callory intake. If you eat less than 1000 per day you should see some weight loss.
