Tympanotomy/Ossicular Chain Reconstruction

Has anyone had exploration of the middle ear with possible ossicular chain reconstruction? I’ve had 3 ear surgeries total. 1 to repair my fractured and dislocated hearing bones and 2 to repair perilymph fistulas. I currently do not have any prosthetics in my ear. I still have all of my hearing bones. I’m still having vestibular issues and severe to almost profound hearing loss. My last surgery was a year ago in May of 2024.

If you’ve had this type of surgery, can you share your experience and where you went for your surgery, how your recovery went and how you are today. Would you also mind sharing who your surgeon is.
