Are there any Tymlos users who have NOT gained waist fat?

Not me! My belly is bigger! Hoping it goes away when I stop. My legs also swell up! My legs are all jiggly!!!!
@gowalking
I too have am finding bloating and belly fat. I am very glad to learn from others that I am not imagining above.
Refreshing to know it will hopefully go away once treatments end.
Can anyone share what foods they take to meet the 1200 mg of daily calcium besides dairy products?
Thank you
@drsuefowler
Have you maintained your bone density on hrt? I started hrt 2 months before my Tymlos. I'm 7 months in and hoping to maintain any gains just with hrt.
@drsuefowler I am on the vaginal estrogen cream, but no "convention" dr. will prescribe the estrogen patch. My mother died from breast cancer, and her brother from colon cancer at a young age. I believe that is a big factor
@lurawilson
I’m starting Tymlos soon and I plan to try THIGH instead of BELLY.
Historically, average, muscular thighs, that some fat wouldn’t hurt. Belly has enough fat! lol!
I hope we get some feed back.
Thank you for sharing your 13 month journey. Best wishes for continued bone increase. That’s wonderful.
I’d be interested in knowing about those that apply their SubQ injections in their THIGHS, and for how long, the overall outcomes, (fat, swelling, redness, bone increases, etc) and after stopping is all back to normal with thighs?
@lbrown742, so far I have, but it may be too early to tell. My DEXA was only 4 months after I stopped Tymlos. It showed improvement over the one a year before. At the same time my P1NP and CTX decreased considerably. I plan to have my bone markers tested next week so I will know more. I'm hoping my CTX will still be low. This blood test will be 7 months without Tymlos and 3 months since my last bone marker tests.
