Tymlos and Knee Replacement
I haven't started Tymlos yet but there's a knee replacement in my future wishing the next 6 months. Has anyone had a replacement while on Tymlos?

1 ReactionThe shots my son gets every six months a series of two one week apart is hyaluronic acid (rooster comb). You can google it and get more information.
Thanks so much for our reply.
@kzeiss In my research on knee replacements, I just discovered a procedure that has positive results without cutting into muscle. It is called the Jiffy Knee Replacement and is a 30 min. surgery resulting in very little down time. You can look up the information on Jiffyknee.com. I am completely amazed that most surgeons are not performing the procedure or know nothing about it.
Unfortunatley, this reminds me of another treatment Genicular Artery Embolization that most orthopedic surgeons also know nothing about. Unlike the Jiffy Knee, this procedure is fairly new so there's more room for doctors to be less informed.
If you absolutely have to have a replacement, please check into this procedure.
