Tymlos and going out at night

For those of you that take Tymlos injections at night time, what do you do when you are out for the night with friends, or are at at wedding and you get home at 12:00-1:00 am? Do you skip your dose? Do you take it that late when your normal time is around 9pm?

I haven't had that exact experience, but my practice was to do the injection as soon as I was able. Normally I did it early morning, but whenever I was having blood work done, I would wait until afterwards when I got home, and that would've been 2-3 hours. I didn't skip it.

The half-life of Tymlos is incredibly short 1-1.7 hours so it's completely cleared from your body by 6 hours. If your worried about double-dosing yourself the next day, you're safe :+)
