Two previous failed Nissen wrap surgeries.

I had my first Nissen (Fundoplication) 2006 . Second at about 18 months. 2007 .
Symptoms returned and Endoscopy performed 10-27-23 and it has slipped again.
My Surgeon is good , however am I wrong to want to get another opinion ?
I live in the Austin TX area . Any information would be greatly appreciated. God Bless you all.
