Twitching foot keeps me from sleeping at night
Has anyone had experience of a twitching foot at night. It twitches about every 20 seconds which doesn't allow for me to get to sleep. This goes on for hours. I take 300 MG of gabapentin at night but hesitate to take more due to side effects and I'm not sure that is the correct medication. I don't have pain with my Neuropathy... only the twitching and numb toes. Any suggestions?

Mamma bear cream work as soon as I put on toes the pain and burning stop. I only use at night but put small amount cause to much causes diarrhea
Mamma bear cream is sold on Amazon. One jar last several months
Also I been taking gabapentin 300 mg 1 every 12 hours. I been having to many side effects I decided to change to do the same 1 before bedtime. Hopefully my side effects will go away if not. I am going to start taking 1 every other night.

I’m using 300mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid for that problem and it has worked very well .
It’s a pill.
