Anyone got information on new BPH methods? Does Urolift work? How to avoid difficult recovery time with TURP. I'm almost 87, difficult LUTS/BPH but no prostate cancer that I know of.

@neilgr777 There are a few laser options which are much less invasive;
Green Light and HoLep
It’s still surgery involving a catheter, but much quicker recovery and little to no blood loss.
