I started using Tumeric for my Ostio in my hands. In the morning I couldn’t hold a cup, I had no strength. After two months I’m almost back to normal, it was totally amazing,
I would like to invite @lorrainechavez to this discussion as they have recently talked about turmeric with black pepper. I would also like to invite @johnbishop, @geneo, @gailg, @speedy, @lisa54, @vonbaron36 and @bonniecanby, as they have all talked about using turmeric in the past as well and may be able to share their experiences.
@mschock, I don’t know much about turmeric, what sort of medication or supplement is it? Has it been recommended to you by a provider and if you are comfortable sharing, do you have experience with turmeric?
Four years ago after treatment for Lymphoma I started taking curcumin for my cancer. I also sprinkle liberal amounts of turmeric on two boiled eggs, and fresh ground pepper on them also, every morning. After a few months I noticed the pain in my knees was gone. None of this was prescribed, I just did it on my own from from research I had done on turmeric and curcumin.
@vonbaron36 That is great I do take tumeric and add ginger in tea or Golden Milk I have heard where black pepper is good also in adding to other spices Kudos to you I'm going for Golden Milk right now thanks
