tumor on salivary gland

going to have a tumor on salivary gland removed any one else and was it cancer.

Yes, I had a parotid gland resection in 2011 but it was not cancer. It was a pleomorphic adenoma. From what I read it rarely turns into cancer but does need to be removed. How long have you had the tumor?

Yes, I had a tumor on my salivary gland. It was cancer.
