Turmeric Tea?

My knees are killing me!!! but I'm not ready for surgery, and can't afford Stem Cell Therapy. Anyone had luck with Tumeric (tea, supplements, etc.) for pain/inflammation relief?

As mentioned, I haven't noticed any improvement, but I continue to take just hoping.

Took my first 1000mg capsule this morning. Do I have to wait a couple weeks for a certain blood level, or does it make a difference right away?

My Mom doesn’t remember how long it took to work but says “Not very long.” She thinks about 1week. Good luck, hope your soon pain free.

@gardenjunkie Now that you mention it the pills never made feel better but drinking
the tea it was like I could feel the g@t cruising through my body.
