Trying to find relief

Posted by anxiousaphrodite @anxiousaphrodite, Mar 27 2:50pm

I was recently diagnosed with low b12. I’m on a supplement now but it seems my nerve pain is remaining the same. It spreads around my body and comes and goes. I asked my doc about my low b12 and he said it wasn’t critical. Is it possible it’s causing my nerve pain (yes I do get pins and needles at times in my hands/feet and sometimes even a leg or am) or is this something deeper?
I’m also fatigued and feeling weak and there’s this sort of pressure and breathlessness in my chest….thanks on advance.

No I don’t think it was extensive blood work, just complete?. I’m going to screen shot your reply to have those checked.
My doc said at my age it’s not always urgent to get all bloodwork done (I just turned 33) but if I hadn’t asked, I wouldn’t have known about my b12.
I don’t know regarding the conditions (I will ask to get these checked) but I do consume alcohol. Not large amounts, I cut down on my drinking a lot in the last year but I did consume a lot more prior. Do you think this is the cause?

I think you have to drink a lot of alcohol for a long time, you’re only 33
