Trouble with vacuum pumps

Keep trying. Try to stimulate yourself, use plenty of lubricant, and maybe try sildenafil or Viagra via your doc. Hang in there.

Listen to pcrich, his advice is good. I know I have to use sildenafil and the pump. My pump is a manually operated one and you can pump it up as hard as you want.

I’ve tried pills, injections, and a pump. All worked to a certain degree, but alone none was good enough to achieve penetration. My urologist told me not to combine pills and injections, but other combinations were acceptable. After much experimenting, I am able to achieve penetration with an injection followed by using the pump about 10 minutes later. I am having the best erections I have had in decades (my ED pre-dated my prostate cancer diagnosis by 20 years). I can also use a pill and then the VED an hour later for satisfactory oral sex, but not penetration. Don’t give up.

A little advice: When using the pump - be careful about the frequency and duration of pumping at each session as well as the amount of pressure. At one session, I enjoyed the hardness of my erection and kept it on a little longer than I should have. As a result, I had some extended swelling and redness afterwards. It's OK now.
When I got my pump, it came with a pamphlet (Penis Pumping 101) which I need to re-read. It discusses pumping like an exercise program to help with ED. It might be worth your effort to search ways to best utilize using a pump to help with ED post PCa. Hang in there

harvey44: What dose of sildenafil do you take, frequency, etc.? I have 20 mg tablets and try to take 1 tablet every 2 of days whether pumping or not.

I’m taking cialis every day and 100 mg of viagra when I try having sex no luck yet

20 mg when trying sex 5 mg daily as well

I think I mentioned it my surgeon can do it which I will try but may wait till second hormone shot wears off

I gave a quality pump from MenMD I also take a pill before use the pump
And I can get my sleeping 2” close to 6” but it’s never stiff or hard . I use a small ring but the couple times I’ve been able to to penetrate it’s still no pleasure felt and not hard
