Tremors or shaking

My husband had TORS surgery and has 4 more radiation treatments. For most of the last 2 months he has tremors or shaking, mostly of legs arms and hands. So much so that it's almost impossible to type a message on a cell phone. Has anyone else experienced this? He's never had this problem before his cancer.
