Too many symptoms to diagnose!

Posted by espiv2253 @espiv2253, 3 days ago

I’ve had the following symptoms for at least 8 months. Tooth, jaw, chin, neck, mouth, nose throb. Sometimes it’s all day, sometimes it’s an hour sometimes it’s hardly noticeable. I’ve seen 3 different ENTs, a PCP, allergist, 2 dentists including an endo dentist, and none of them have any idea what’s going on. I’ve taken prednisone, antibiotics, pain meds, used mouthwashes, worn a night guard, had 2 root canal surgeries, a tooth filled, x-rays, 2 3D mouth scans.
No relief from the pain and discomfort.
Does anyone have anything similar? Any help would be appreciated.

Wrong specialists. Treat your tension headache from shoulder neck tightness, jaw clenching. Stress, eye strain.
Overall lifestyle adjustments.

Hi,
Wow, you are having an awful time! I'm so sorry that you are having to deal with all of this with no results! How terrible for you!

I would suggest that you research the side effects of all the medications and supplements that you take to see if any of your symptoms could be related to them. The Mayo Clinic is a good place to do that research. My husband had lung cancer and when he had symptoms that weren't normal I always researched all his medications and supplements. Often I would find a connection to his abnormal symptoms. We then told the doctor and let the doctor decide if my husband should discontinue a medication or supplement. Often the doctor did decide for my husband to discontinue something and it would always help. Also look up the ingredients of the foods that you are eating. Prepared foods like TV dinners often have a lot of junk in them that aren't good for us.

The other thing that helps is prayer. God is there for you. Just tell him all of your problems and ask for his help. After all, he made you and he can fix you! I'll say a prayer for you too.

I wish you the best.
