Tongue swelling

Hello I just finished my chemo amd radiation therapy 6 weeks ago. It is for base of tongue HPV + SC. Now I have some lymphedema happening in my neck and cheeks. I also have a swollen tongue. It all shrinks during the day but the mornings are terrible.
Anyone else experienced the tongue swelling?
