Tips for traveling with OCD/Anxiety?
My teenage son has sever anxiety that manifests in OCD. I really appreciate that vacations/holidays are a luxury, so please forgive me if this question sounds pretentious, but does anyone have any tips on how they manage anxiety/OCD while traveling for pleasure? We limit other travel unless required, but once or twice a year we like to get away for an adventure. Unfortunately, we haven't quite found all the strategies to minimise stress. Any tips on managing airports, accommodations, various cultures (that may be less sympathetic), set time tables, sensory issues, etc are gratefully received!
