Thoracic Spine T2 Pain

Posted by soccer1477 @soccer1477, Sep 5 4:19pm

Hello,
I have issues based on my MRI in other areas of the Thoracic spine, nothing on my T2, but I do have paraspinal muscle denervation based on EMG on T4 and T5 I don't think the test went to my T2, the reason I ask is that my pain on right next to my under arm on the upper chest, it goes under my armpit, this is happening on both sides of the chest and armpits.
Has anyone had issues with T2 or T2 paraspinal muscles? What were your symptoms, and what solution is available?
Thanks,

@soccer1477 When you have multiple places of nerve compression or other nerve issues, it does confuse diagnosis a bit. The pain you describe under the armpit is a classic symptom of thoracic outlet syndrome. I have that pain, and I do a lot of stretching to try to alleviate it.

TOS is a compression of either nerves or blood vessels or both as they pass from the neck and between the collar bone and rib cage passing through the armpit under the pec minor muscle.
