The serous pain after two years’ cervical cancer treatment

I’m a cervical cancer 3B patient. I took a combination treatment including chemo , radiation and brachytherapy 2 years ago. Now, I’m suffering serious pain at my left groin. Can you explain what cause the pain in my situation?
