There is no cure for peripheral neuropathy if originating in the spine and not due to diabetic processes. PN due to normal aging and or long term results from injury cannot be cured but treated to reduce pain. We all have our individual methods that work temporarily to reduce pain but not totally. Sure you can zonk yourself out with your choice of substance but you return to that previous state of pain. Yes there are many devices sold to help reduce pain but all temporary. I’ve used TENS devices (Dr. Ho) since 1997 with some temporary benefit. I’ve added a Digital Neuromuscular Stimulator to my regime that works on relieving muscle spasms of back and limbs since I’ve increased my exercise regime and my distance walking.
I have used this unit for 2 years and have had some success. It did help to increase circulation in my feet. I have been going to Mexico for Stem Cell treatments and they have been life changing.

Welcome @kc0myx - I would be extremely cautious about any stem cell treatment for neuropathy. There has been a lot of research done in this area but as far as I've read there has been no evidence of successful treatments of neuropathy patients. The FDA has warned about these clinics and I also found an interesting article on the topic that lays out the facts.
Not to say it doesn't hold promise for the future. There just needs to be a lot more testing done to prove it's safe and effective which hopefully would get it covered by insurance. Here are a couple of articles on the topic.

I had a relative go there for back pain and he is cured. He had a accident that damaged his spine had surgery in the states but could not control the pain. he went ad 2 treatments he is off all pain meds and back to normal life at 62 farming. I have had good response but nerves are slow to heal.
That is the way it was with me. The place I went to swore it would rebuild new nerves and help me but it only made my feet and legs more aggravated to the point I had to sit and not walk.
The place I got it from made a great profit from the Rebuilder and would not take it back. They also said I needed an infrared machine that would oxygenate my legs. I paid a LOT for these things they said I needed only to find they do not work.

No, They use 2 types. the main one is from the placentae of a new born baby, This is given in an IV. Before this they determine the location they need to repair and then they give you shots in that area that act like markers to draw the Iv stem cells to that location.

@4846 yes I was floxed by Cipro in 2017 which resulted in my small fiber neuropathy and numerous other damages to my body. With the current speed of deterioration I may not be able to walk any distances unless I find something to halt the progression. I have tried all kinds of therapies and remedies with no positive outcome thus far.
