Testicular cancer information
Hi, just cought my eyes on a video on social media about cancer. Just watching it and found something called testicular cancer which is a swelling in the testicles. Immediately, search on Google and directed to this site & learned a bit about it. Now here I am.
I have a swelling, a size of a pea or bigger (or more than one which are even much smaller) in one of my testicles. It has been there since my teenage. But couldn't express to anyone till now. I'm almost 40 now. It has no pain at all, but get a bit tenderness during hot summer. Still no pain. When it gets tenderness, I try to break it with nails. But it doesn't break. I don't feel pain. My backpain started 4 years ago due to work related issues. Sometimes, comes and go with or without medication. Testicular cancer article makes me confused 😕 and worried 😟. Do I have testicular cancer? What should I do?

Hi @bob71, the first thing you should do is make an appointment with your doctor to get this checked out.
Here's an interview with Dr. Matthew Ziegelmann, a Mayo Clinic urologist, who shares more about diagnosis and treatment of testicular cancer.
