Terapia adjuvante/células dendricas: Treated with dendritic cells?

Olá a todos!
Em dezembro removi tumor neuroendócrino grau1 do pâncreas.
Tinha 4 gânglios positivo e uma margem com menos de um milímetro.
Só estou a fazer vigilância de três em três meses.
Alguém com situação idêntica fez algum tratamento adjuvante?
Alguém fez tratamento com células dendricas?
Vale a pena fazer?Na Alemanha fazem muito.
Gostaria de opiniões

Olá, sim fiz cirurgia whipple para remover tumor neuroendócrino grau1. Só estou a fazer vigilância de três em três meses.
Procuro algo que ajude a reforçar o sistema imunitário e evitar recidiva.
As células dendricas são adequadas a este caso?
