Yes, but I had insomnia before Tymlos.
lucy5812, some of the literature cites 10% of users suffer insomnia. It is signaled in the clinical trials. I take it in the morning and feel a little more energetic after the injection. If you are are taking it at night you might switch to morning. The medication is supposed to be gone from your system after 4 hours. I hope it eases up.
