Tendon slipping.
I can use a rower now and weight training with light weights and even got back on a SkiErg today. Only small amount and that was by doing intervals. I was amazed at how much better my shoulder felt afterwards. I had been having a lot of problems with it. The tendon to the bicep had been slipping and causing a popping sensation. Not pleasant. The town leisure centre opened today so had a go in the pool but of course there is no way I could swim. I just did some fist motions under the water and loads of exercises. I will just keep trying because you never know.
