Teladoc

I am so excited. I have a teladoc appointment with one of the doctors at The University of Florida Covid Clinic. They received my doctor’s referral yesterday and contacted me to schedule an appointment next Friday. I am supposed to send a seventeen page information packet so she will have most all my information. For now, I have some hope.
Please let me know if there is an any I need to bring to the meeting. I am really curious what the first appointment will be about.
I appreciate any help.

That’s great news! I hope you are able to find help. I’d have a list of questions like if any treatments are recommended, as well as a timeline of symptoms.

Hey There! With me, they reviewed all of the paperwork that I filled out and I had just recently had bloodwork done and they reviewed that.

I was diagnosed with Long COVID. I found them to be very through. They wanted me to see a Pulmonologist and I did. They wanted me to come back for a 3 hour appointment with different medical doctors. I did not go back due to other sickness and I went to an Integrative Medicine Doctor that treats Long COVID instead.
