Anyone with positive test for latent TB. who also has lung nodules?

i have numerous non calcified nodules. One has grown to 17 mm , grew from 3mm to 17 mm in a year but appears to be stable now. Anyone here with positive test for latent TB. who also has nodules? Wondering if tgere is a correlation??.
