Tarceva for PanCan

Hi, did anyone had Tarceva as a targeted therapy for PanCan? I have unoperable adenocarcinoma st IV, went through 8 or 9 rounds of Folfrinox and now I am on Gemcitabine, with CA19-9 numbers going up - slowly but surely.
I read up on Tarceva's side effect and they sound terrible. Did everyone on Tarceva experience that?

Forgot to add that my oncologist is planning to switch me to Tarceva.
