Welcome to Connect. I am a transplant recipient, and my experience with immunosuppressant medications is that the levels can vary from lab result to lab result. Mine did so at first, however, over time I have reached a stable range for my results. And my transplant team continues to monitor and adjust my medicines and dosage as needed.
It is entirely possible that the 0.5 level is an acceptable level for you. Each of us is different, with individual requirements. In my experience, my transplant team will notify me when there is a questionable lab result. Otherwise, I will contact then via my nurse coordinator. Like you, I can easily worry about an unsettling result.

@worrywart, I would encourage you to contact your nurse coordinator and inquire about this lab result. Do you have a patient portal or means to contact your nurse coordinator?

Good morning from Canada
I am not sure how lab visits work where you are living. Here where I live in British Columbia we get what we call a PRN so it's called a patient request nuance. So if I go for my regularly scheduled Labs and I have a a particular I'm going to use. My tac level is out. I can go again a week later or 2 weeks later and test everything on that card again and see if there's an adjustment or a change. Then if my tax level is still out and I'm uncomfortable with it, then I reach out to my nurse coordinator who in turn will then reach out to my transplant doctor to see if something an adjustment needs to be made to my medications. As I say I live live in Canada. I do not pay for blood lab work here so I can go as often as my disease requires and a little bit more as my anxiety requires. 💗
