Synergy with LDN?

Four days ago I took my low-dose naltrexone (4.5mg) at the same time as my prednisone (8mg), at 8:15 AM. The next day I felt great, so I have continued to do this. I get the endorphin rush at midday and have not been my usual nodding-off self for these four days. I know others are also taking LDN--have you tried taking it along with prednisone? The other change for me was moving the dose from noon to breakfast time. Four days is not long enough to prove anything, but the effect has been consistent and beneficial.
