Swollen itchy scrotum
My scrotum is swollen it's my left testicle is swollen it's grown bigger it's hard to walk from being bigger my scrotum is itchy and doesn't smell fresh

Hello @shanshow, Welcome to Connect. I think that the itching and swelling can have several different causes and is definitely something you should have checked out by a doctor. I sometimes have the itchiness from eczema and use a cortisone cream that provides some relief. Here's some more information the condition that does have swelling and itching as a symptom:

You need to see a urologists ASAP. A swollen testy that is painful needs to be examined and biopsies taken. Do not hesitate.
