Surgical removal of aspergillus but still have .10. Scary!
I was recently diagnosed with aspergillus in my sphenoid sinus cavity. The ENT doctor said he removed two fungus balls and the pathology said aspergillus fungate. I recently had a blood test and still have .10 in my blood. I still have a lot of symptoms and other parts of my body and will be seeing a pulmonary specialist at the end of the month and at the end of August will be seen in ENT specialist because of asymmetric tonsils Which are symptomatic. It takes forever to see a specialist. Should I be concerned about tonsil cancer?

I had aspergillus in my right lung. They had to remove the upper two lobes of right lung in January of 2021. It has not returned. I wish you all the best.
