Anyone had surgery to remove anus, rectum and bladder? 2 ostomies?

Trying to information from people who have had rectal removal and bladder removal. Telling me I’ll need two bags. Has anyone had this and how did it go. I’m scared.

Thank you I am 41 had a colostomy bag from the age 23 managed very well but 16 years on I got cancer in the rectum the cancer is pushing over too the bladder so to remove the cancer there need to do total pelvic exentertion result in 2 stomas
