I may have missed something but what condition are you trying to cure? Many people in this group are very helpful but we need more formation about what is going on with you.

Signals are seen in ACL at its tribal attachment involving 60-70% thickness - suggestive of partial thickness tear in my knee joint.

What should i do to cure this.

I think that you need to see a doctor. If you are having pain, rest, elevating the knee and ice might help but there is no way to "cure" this. Please see a doctor.
