Suggestions for managing the constant itchiness of PN

In managing my PN, I find the constant itchiness I feel all over my body to be if not painful, extremely annoying and disruptive.

Any sugestions that do not involve medicine? or even supplements?

I prefer to be considering topicals.

Thanks in advance.

I like Sarna Lotion for topical relief.

I use CeraVe moisturizing itch relief cream ( not the lotion). It has been helping me for quite a few years now.

I much prefer Cetaphil. Similar to Cera-Ve, but a slightly thicker product. I put it on right after I shower. My dermatologist said there is a 2-minute window to put a moisturizing cream on after showering for the creme to do the most good. My lower legs get very itchty, so they get the first and most attention. I step out of the shower, dry my lower legs and slather on the creme. I suggest you get small containers of both Cetaphil and Cera-Ve and maybe another well known brand and see which gives the most relief and is easiest for you to use. Good luck!
