I was so hopeful about it all. The nebuliser is great - a mini one, easy to clean. The big problem is the nausea I experience after taking it. I carry out the nebulising 3 hours after eating and go to bed at around 10pm. I sleep fairly well but I begin to feel sick after my breakfast the next day. I lost my appetite and could not do much. For the moment I have stopped using it but will resume later just to see if that was the problem. I hope you are having success?

Wow I’m SO SORRY to hear that! Wonder what is going on with it? Maybe it somehow adds air to your digestive system? What a bummer and I hope you feel better soon💕

As for me, I do think that changing to 7% saline is making a difference. I’m hoarse from it, but I was hoarse when I first started using Brio inhaler a few years ago for asthma, and then again when I started the 3% nebulizing; and both times it went away as I got used to it. So to everyone out there trying it and having trouble, maybe giving it a bit of time will help. It also makes me cough more while nebbing, but those coughs are very productive ones!

I will continue to use it but less often. I did it last night and I feel fine today. It is all such a nuisance. You could be right about it adding air. No two days are ever the same. Hard to plan anything. Hope all is well with you.
Thank you for your reply Sarah
